After completing your waivers and athlete and parent information, please confirm that the annual fees are correct. You will be given payment options on the following screen before payment information is collected.

Sprint Season ONLY Cost:

Registration fee: $90 (mandatory for all athletes), plus:

  • In addition, 10 hours of volunteer hours by a parent is required per family, and a separate five hours of regatta volunteer time throughout the year. There will be an option to buy-out of regular volunteering available shortly for purchase. Regatta volunteering is not available for buyout at this time.
  • There is also an expectation that each family will participate in fundraising events or raise $500 to further the club’s mission.

Season:

  • Spring Season: January 12th through April 11th

Practice Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:00-7:00pm, Friday 4:30-6:00pm, Saturday 7:00-10:00am

Required Documents:

Please have the following ready to submit at the beginning of the season:

  • Required (Yearly) Sports Physical Form
  • Required electrocardiogram (ECG) Form (Every four years) – [This must be updated every four years]
  • Required Swim Test Form
  • Copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • US Rowing Membership ID and expiration date.
  • FSRA Waiver
  • Agreement to abide by the code of conduct, by-laws, volunteer hours and fundraising for the athlete and parents. (Completed at Registration)

Important Details:

All Middle School athletes must have a basic level membership for US Rowing.

Sign the FSRA Waiver for your child for 2025 -2026.  [Please be sure to select Space Coast Crew as your Club/School Affiliation]

After registration is approved, athletes and members will be sent an invitation to a Team on SportsEngine. All team communications will be through email and SportsEngine.  Spacecoastcrew.ORG and Sccboosters.org are the only valid email domains for this club.
