Space Coast Crew High School Registration

 

Cost:

Registration fee: $90 (mandatory for all athletes), plus:

  • Option to pay in full $2,750 or ten monthly payments of $275 (+ a convenience fee) (August 1st through May 1st)
  • In addition, 20 hours of volunteer hours by a parent is required per family, and a separate five hours of regatta volunteer time throughout the year. There will be an option to buy-out of regular volunteering available shortly for purchase. Regatta volunteering is not available for buyout at this time.
  • There is also an expectation that each family will participate in fundraising events or raise an amount of money to be determined shortly to further the club’s mission.

Season:

  • Fall Season:- August 12th through December 14th
  • Spring Season – January 6th through May 13th or June 10th (Athletes qualified for Youth Nationals)

Practice Schedule:

  • Varsity Athletes (17+): Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays 4:30-6:45pm (Wednesdays are added in the Spring), Fridays 3:30-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:00-10:00am (*10th grade and up)
  • Under 17 Athletes: Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays 4:30-6:45pm, Fridays 3:30-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:00-10:00am (*Any athlete that does not turn 17 before December 31, 2025. Typically 9th or 10th grader.)
  • Under 16 Athletes: Monday, Tuesday 5:00-7:00pm (Thursdays added in the Spring), Friday 4:00-6:30pm, Saturday 7:00-10:00am (*Any athlete that does not turn 16 before December 31, 2025. Typically 8th or 9th grader.)

  • First Coast Head Race (Jacksonville, FL) – October 12, 2024
  • Head of the South (Augusta, GA) – November 9, 2024
  • American Youth Cup 1 (Sarasota, FL) – February 15-16, 2025
  • .Double Dual (Jacksonville, FL) – March 1, 2025
  • East District Championships (C54, Fellsmere, FL) – April 5, 2024
  • FSRA Sweep States (Sarasota, FL) – April 26-27, 2025
  • Southeast Regionals (Gainesville, GA) – May 9-11, 2025
  • Youth National Championships (TBD) *Qualified athletes only – June, 2025

Please have the following ready to upload:

  • Required (Yearly) Sports Physical Form
  • Required electrocardiogram (ECG) Form (Every four years) – [This must be updated every four years. Please upload if you are new to the team or are a returning athlete and have completed a new one.]
  • Required Swim Test Form – [Please complete and upload ]
  • Copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • US Rowing Membership ID and expiration date.

You will also receive a link to our website, spacecoastcrew,org, with a secret password. Please make sure all atheletes and parents log in to the website as well as the iCrew app. In addition, if anyone ever changes their email address on iCrew, the email address at spacecoastcrew.org MUST be updated to match, and vice versa.
