After completing your waivers and athlete and parent information, please confirm that the annual fees are correct. You will be given payment options on the following screen before payment information is collected.

We have added a 11-payment schedule option, along with the standard 10 payment schedule.

If opting for payment schedules: The first payment will include 1/10 of the season cost as well as the registration fee.

For High School: The first payment will be $325+$90 registration fee, and the remainder will be divided by the payment options (9 or 10 remaining payments) that you choose.

Cost:

Registration fee: $90 (mandatory for all athletes), plus:

  • Option to pay in full $3,250 or ten or 11 monthly payments.
  • In addition, 20 hours of volunteer hours by a parent is required per family, and a separate five hours of regatta volunteer time throughout the year. There will be an option to buy-out of regular volunteering available shortly for purchase. Regatta volunteering is not available for buyout at this time.
  • There is also an expectation that each family will participate in fundraising events or raise an amount of money to be determined shortly to further the club’s mission.

Season:

  • Fall Season:- August 11th through December 14th
  • Spring Season – January 5th through May 13th or June 10th (Athletes qualified for Youth Nationals)

Practice Schedule:

  • High School: Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays 4:45-7:00pm (Wednesdays are added in the Spring), Fridays 4:00-6:45 pm, Saturdays 7:00-10:00am
  • Middle School Monday, Tuesday 5:00-7:00pm (Thursdays added in the Spring), Friday 4:00-7:00pm, Saturday 7:00-10:00am
  • Practice times subject to change with prior notice.

  • October 04 Head of the Henderson Inverness, FL HS/MS
  • October 11 First coast Head Race Jacksonville, FL HS/MS
  • October 17 Head of the Charles, Cambridge, MA (lottery not determined yet)
  • November 01 Head of the Hooch Chattanooga, TN (lottery not determined yet)
  • November 08 Head of the South Augusta, GA TBD
  • December 13 Fall Middle school Regatta Fellsmere, FL
  • Spring Season To Be Announced
  • Southeast Regionals (TBD) – May , 2026
  • Youth National Championships (TBD) *Qualified athletes only – June, 2026

Required documents:

Please have the following ready to submit at the beginning of the season:

  • Required (Yearly) Sports Physical Form
  • Required electrocardiogram (ECG) Form (Every four years) – [This must be updated every four years]
  • Required Swim Test Form
  • Copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • US Rowing Membership ID and expiration date.
  • FSRA Waiver
  • Agreement to abide by the code of conduct, by-laws, volunteer hours and fundraising for the athlete and parents. (Completed at Registration)

Important Details:

All High School athletes must have a Championship level membership for US Rowing.

Sign the FSRA Waiver for your child for 2025 -2026.  Waivers for the 2025-2026 season will be available starting in mid-August [Please be sure to select Space Coast Crew as your Club/School Affiliation]

Please note:  For the high school team, your athlete’s registration requires a different email than the parent’s email.

After registration is approved, athletes and members will be sent an invitation to a Team on SportsEngine. All team communications will be through email and SportsEngine.  Spacecoastcrew.ORG and Sccboosters.org are the only valid email domains for this club.
