Halloween Regatta

Transportation:
All athletes are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the race venue. We have
provided a bus for this regatta and the Sign-Up Genius is located on the TeamReach App. As a reminder,
athletes are not allowed to drive themselves to and from races, they must be transported by a parent or
trusted adult.

Food:
We will have a food trailer at this regatta, but athletes should arrive having eaten a good breakfast.
Athletes must bring a refillable water bottle!

Uniform:
All high school athletes should wear their SCC uniform. Also, remember to bring your sunscreen, bug spray,
refillable water bottle, sunglasses, hat, and rain jacket.

 

  ALL HS ATHLETES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING WAIVERS COMPLETED ELECTRONICALLY BY FRIDAY IN ORDER TO RACE.  THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE HOST AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS MUST BE COMPLETED MONDAY, OCTOBER 21ST!

Competitors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.  Please sign your waiver online by following the link above.
·       All HS athletes will be hands on deck on Friday to load the trailer.  Please plan accordingly if you will travel to Sarasota on Friday evening.  No athlete may depart before the trailer is loaded and coaches have dismissed.
