Cost:
Registration fee: $90 (mandatory for all atheletes), plus:
Option to pay in full $2750 or 10 monthly payments of $2750 (August 1st through May 1st)
In addition, 20 hours of volunteer hours by a parent is required per family, and a separate 5 hours of regatta volunteer time throughout the year. There will be an option to buy-out of regular volunteering available shortly for purchase. Regatta volunteering is not available for buyout at this time.
There is also an expectation that each family will participate in fundraising events or raise an amount of money to be determined shortly to further the club’s mission.
Season:
Fall Season:- August 12th through December 14th
Spring Season – January 6th through May 13th or June 10th (Athletes qualified for Youth Nationals)
Practice Schedule:
- Varsity Athletes (17+): Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays 4:30-6:45pm (Wednesdays are added in the Spring), Fridays 3:30-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:00-10:00am (*10th grade and up)
- Under 17 Athletes: Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays 4:30-6:45pm, Fridays 3:30-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:00-10:00am (*Any athlete that does not turn 17 before December 31, 2025. Typically 9th or 10th grader.)
- Under 16 Athletes: Monday, Tuesday 5:00-7:00pm (Thursdays added in the Spring), Friday 4:00-6:30pm, Saturday 7:00-10:00am (*Any athlete that does not turn 16 before December 31, 2025. Typically 8th or 9th grader.)

- First Coast Head Race (Jacksonville, FL) – October 12, 2024
- Head of the South (Augusta, GA) – November 9, 2024
- American Youth Cup 1 (Sarasota, FL) – February 15-16, 2025
- Dogwood Junior Championships (Oak Ridge, TN) – April 25-27, 2025
- Southeast Regionals (Gainesville, GA) – May 9-11, 2025
- Youth National Championships (TBD) *Qualified athletes only – June, 2025

- Agreement to abide by the code of conduct, by-laws, volunteer hours and fundraising for the athelete and parent
